Hmm…thanks for the honest review. I’m not sure about this one – on one hand, the East/West thing sounds interesting, but on the other hand I don’t like flat characters.

I like how you handle the “where did you get this book” question. It’s simple, elegant, unobstrusive. Nice solution to a ridiculous problem.

I do tend more towards novels where there’s more happening. The exploration of East/West does look interesting, though.
