I’d like to know more about my grandmother’s side of the family. She wouldn’t ever discuss them because she was ashamed of them. The rumors running around the family are that they were moonshine runners in the mountains of Alabama or that they were religious snake handlers. Who knows if it’s true but it sure makes an interesting topic of discussion at family reunions. Heh.
