A while back, I received an ARC of the book “The Necklace: Thirteen Women and the Experiment That Transformed Their Lives.” I honestly do not remember requesting this book and think it is possible that it just sort of showed up. It is also possible that I blindly requested it during an ARC Junkie high, but I don’t find it likely. Well, I started to read it and just couldn’t. It simply didn’t resonate with me and wasn’t at all the sort of book that I would want to read. Ti from Book Chatter and Other Stuff offered to read and review it for me.
