I enjoyed this book as well and have to agree…especially as I never thought of George Washington as particularly sexy.

Jen, I had some of the same thoughts as Ruth (hits my interest in history, especially revolutionary history; good that the author played down the romance between George and Martha) and was going to comment on them … then I saw Ruth’s note and got a good laugh out of her “not blushing” comment. This sounds like something I’d really enjoy; I love early American history. And major kudos to Moser for not including a sex scene. I don’t want to blush every time I take out a dollar bill!
