TSSbadge1 pictureWell, this time next week I’ll be sitting at the airport, books in hand, waiting to leave for my honeymoon.  I had a pretty good reading week last week, considering it was less than 2 weeks until the wedding.  I actually finished two books for review that had a more urgent review schedule, one for ReaderViews and the other for HarperCollins First Look.  I also finally finished listening to my Librivox.org version of “The Three Musketeers”.  It only took 2-3 months, but I made it.

I’m not anticipating much time for reading today, or really the rest of the week (other than while I’m on lunch at work tomorrow).  It is mostly last minute things going on here now, plus my parents are staying with us and it is difficult to get much reading done when one has houseguests.  That’s okay, though, because I got sooooo much reading done last month that I have lots of reviews lined up for you all to read for the next two weeks.  Now I just need to go off and finish a few of them!  Have a great Sunday, Saloners.

  1. Have a wonderful week and a wonderful wedding and honeymoon! I’ll be thinking of you next weekend.

  2. Ditto what Terri just said :) Hope everything is as you dreamed it would be!

  3. Congrats on the wedding. May the day be filled with lots of sun and happiness. It will be a busy hectic day….make sure that you eat! Even if you have to run off and hide for a bit to do so. My sister almost passed out at hers because she kept getting pulled in a hundred directions and no one gave her any time to eat. =)

  4. Have a great time next weekend. We’ll all be thinking of you. I think it’s our first Salon wedding.

Hey, 2-3 months on 3 Musketeers.. I’ve got ya beat on that with The Prince. I don’t remember when I started, before I joined LT in February, I know. He just sits there and stares at me… mocking me…

  7. Good luck! As Gail said, do remember to eat, the day will fly by. Have fun and good luck with everything.
