Good review! I really hate reading books where the main character doesn’t grow. It would be nice if they learned from their mistakes and what not.

I’m really wondering why she chose to give the character her own name. I’d have the same suspicions you did.

Good review! Not that there is any rules about it, I couldn’t imagine writing a novel with any character having my name – let alone the main character. It just doesn’t seem like a good idea. Novels are the same as film where, like Hitchcock, you can make cameos. I’m wondering if there are any other novelists who’ve done this successfully?
